Sitelite was built by people who've sat in church gyms stuffing registration packets and watched spreadsheets crash under the weight of a summer camp sign-up rush. We know your budget is sacred and your event coordinator is probably a volunteer. We built the tool we wish we'd had.
Why we built Sitelite
The existing camp registration tools were designed for large secular businesses, not ministries. They come with monthly subscription prices that assume you're running events 52 weeks a year. Most ministries run 2–5 significant events annually. Paying $99/month means $1,200/year for software you use part-time.
We believed there was a better model: charge only when registrations actually happen. 50¢–$1 per paid registrant means your cost scales exactly with the value you receive. No subscription, no commitment, no minimum.
And we didn't stop at pricing. We built the features faith-based events actually need: guardian waiver signing for minors, payment plans for families managing costs, and group management for cabin assignments. The things you'd have to cobble together with five different tools, or just not do at all.
Our goal is simple: give every ministry, regardless of budget, the same quality of registration tooling that large megachurches take for granted.
